  • Personal Profile Data: Full Name, Email Address, and State of Residence. This helps personalize your scorecard and track leaderboard rankings.
  • Verification Data: Mobile Phone Number (used solely for secure authentication via OTP).
  • Academic Metrics: Exam attempt history, timing analytics, question responses, and proctoring logs.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your personal information is used exclusively to:

  • Authenticate your login and verify user identity via secure Firebase Phone OTP.
  • Track your mock exam progress and generate detailed subject-wise scorecards.
  • Compute correct marks, negative markings, and leaderboard rankings across Karnataka.
  • Process premium test package payments and transactions.

3. Third-Party Integrations

We coordinate with vetted service providers to secure operational functionality:

  • Firebase (Google LLC): Used to handle secure SMS OTP verification and cloud storage for question banners and synopsis documents.
  • Razorpay: Handles encrypted digital transactions. We do not store your credit card details, UPI PIN, or bank passwords on our servers.
  • Upstash Redis: Used for secure local rate limiting to block DDoS attacks.

4. Security & No-Sharing Guarantee

Your data security is critical to us. KanSiri enforces encryption protocols on databases. We strictly enforce a **No-Selling policy** - your name, email, phone number, and test results will never be sold, leased, or traded to third-party marketing companies.

5. User Control & Data Deletion

We believe you should have control over your data. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so directly from your Profile settings or by requesting assistance. Deleting your account will permanently wipe your profile, verified phone details, purchase logs, and exam attempt histories.
